Anybody pls tel me how is the battary, I saw mixed comments on this. Seems it depends the usage,tel me if it gets 1+half day if a normal use?

I have ION. thinking to purchase a Good HeadPhone.
If u want big screen, must choose ION. else u can choose Xperia S. no big difference. S has 3D sound i think. ION does not impress much on Music (in Head Phone).
But anything is not impressing me like Sony Ericsson in Bass Sound and Camera parts..

I bought this phone in October. I was using a Samsung Galaxy S2, and the iPhone 4 before that.
The first thing that awe me was the screen. It thrash the Samsung GS2's and iPhone 4's. Simply big and bright. Absolutely brilliant!
Words can't describe it. Colleagues and friends were impressed.
The 12 MP camera blew my mind away when I first used it.
Then came reality after a few days. The battery is a major source of frustration. A fully charged battery will delete itself in half a day.
I usually unplug my phone at 7 am just before going to work from home. By 12 pm like now, its left with 34%. All I did from morning till now are, checked email and deleted 3 emails, surf the web for 10 minutes.
All my apps were ported over from my SG2. And my SG2 with the same usage can last till I get home at night. So the possibility of a rogue app is out.
Further investigation reveal that the phone is constantly looking for new updates, and that google services takes up 80% of the battery drain during inactivity. Surprisingly the screen drains very little battery.
Oh, and the next biggest problem is the camera... it now feels laggy. Somehow it just cant focus fast enough. Focus hunt is very frequent. And the lag is becoming a major concern. A third party camera app is advised and can snap in a fraction of the time the original camera software can. Camera noise is also very high and pronounce for even outdoor photos.
I gave the phone 5 stars out of 5 in the beginning. Now I would have given it just 2 stars because you can't use it without having the fear of draining the battery. It has come to a point of being paranoid.
The hardware is impressive but the software turns it into a POS.
This phone doesn't come cheap and I can't sell it without losing much as its resale value is appalling!! I'm contemplating to flash a custom ROM onto it, and maybe it will be better.

YO YO, 06 Dec 2012I heard that its battery life is not that long. is it true?phone is beautiful and royal bt battery is not provide good rrsult may be other smart phone has same battery problems, clearty of this phone is better than others mobile in this class.

redX, 07 Dec 2012I use airtel 3g on this device only, If you describe your p... moreMine came with ICS 4.0.4 out of the box and my airtel 3G speed was about 20 to 30kb/sec, very annoying. Then I updated firmware to (6.1.E.2.68) but the problem persisted. So yesterday, using flashtool, I downgraded my OS to Gingerbread 2.3.7, Firmware (6.0.F.0.111) and that solved my problem. I guess I'm stuck with Gingerbread until Jellybean is released.

I just bought this phone LT28H. Since it has 1700/2100 freq, it works with 3G TMobile in USA. The phone feels solid, high quality. Pix are very sharp and the screen displays bright and clear. The best part is that it's only half price of iPhone 5
