Sony : Could u please to fix the xperia ion to have the android kit kat too or anything to up to date ? I think my xperia ion is about too slow to run the aplication.. sometimes it will be force close for no reason..

I'm having a problem with my Xperia ion, It cannot update to Jellybeans 4.1. Sony companion dosen't show the update.

I had that problem on my Xperia Z. Just enter it manually or try to Download it using Internet Service App (Settings>More>Internet Settings)

Hi. I have a problem with this phone, 3G is not working and there is no antena in (3G Only) network mode, in fact i bought it verry recently and is new. Any body khow about this plese help.

plz guys suggest me whn i use relince sim on my ion its hang i upgrede it ti 4.1.2 jb ,,still same prblm care also told me dat it for only relice sim whn i use othr its wrk properly wht 2 i do ???

my ion hand set one of a problem. it was tomorrow early morning I saw my phone display nothing without experia word.and not work at my power botton on of. then I finished the mobail charge. and after finished the mobail charge it can't work at power botton for on of. so pls say and advice me anything that how can I use my mobail feedback.

Your problem is actually a software related problem and this problem will be solved if repair your software via pc companion. You may visit the Sony support forum also.

one more thing, xperia ion have some strange film/coating on lens cover, and it is hard to clean it, my photos were blurry but then i cleaned it up with glass cleaner, but you really have to make an effort here, just be careful not to break it

please read this!
Xperia ion is great phone, all problems with battery or camera are software related, and most of them are because of last android update.
there is solution! connect your phone to computer and install pc companion from sony. first BACKUP ALL DATA and then click on repair option. Repair option will completely delete android and install it fresh again, so all data will be lost, that why you do a backup before.
another option for battery problems is to recalibrate battery, try a few apps on play store.

I tried to repair my phone using the SONY software, then turned my phone off waited for 10 seconds and then charged it. This works, please try this and it should work fine. ALL the best.

i Bought Sony Xperia Ion HSPA phone in July 2013..trust me it is worth more than the price fixed by sony...it has all features at its best when compared to other mobiles and till now no mobile has this much features with this price...i am very happy using this phone..i love it..but i am wondering y sony has stopped production of this model..anyhow thanks to sony for this wonderful product..

I own this phn fr a couple of months nd am quite satusfied with its performance only drawback is its battery as iIthink its drawback of al android phones bt slowly with new phones in the market its getting a bit outdated bt till date this phn has the capacity to take on midrange phones like grand sony xperia sp
