Got JB update today only and it hangs alot while using internet and google play. At service centre they say that its not possible to go back to ics if its once updated. How to get ics??

Dear all my friends, after update my ion I am facing big problem I can't update or download android apps.After updating or download apps it shows frequently pakage file is invalid.Please someone suggest me what I should do this moment.I will be grateful if I get proper suggestions.Thanks everybody ......

if any one who can help me to open my phone i coudnt open my SONY XPERIA ION HSPA when i turn it on it gust only comes SONY & XPERIA that is it so i think i have to flash it and downloading new application and software but i dont have any idea how to do that so plzzzzz i need ur help love u guys

There are 3 kinds of storage in a phone Device memory(RAM),Internal storage and SD card storage can anyone explain to me the size of each one i know there are free space for the user i want to to know the size of it pls ?

Please help me I have lost all my images which i have taken from my ION only my sd card images are reflecting I have not deleted them i have plugged into laptop too but did not find any imagge...please help how to retrieve.

dear all,
I have purchased this set approx 20 days back, since then i did not go for any software updation, any kind of version or firmware updation,,,,because i have read lots of opinion in gsm arena that most of the people are suffering with problems after updation....
from day 1 its giving 1 system update(6.1.E.2.68--latest andriod software for my xperia device)please suggest should i go for this updation or not because i am facing some hanging problem, slow responce issue and when consulted with sony service center about this they are asking to submit mobile for updation...
I am in big confusion whether to go for updation or not...please solve my problem ASAP.
