jack, 26 Aug 2013hi guys i want to know this handset only support pre instal... moreyou can have games from both google play and gameloft..of course not all of them are free..besides the pre-installed ones, i also installed from gameloft- the likes of modern combat 3 & 4, asphalt 6 & 7 to name a few, and they are pretty decent games for a smartphone. if anybody ever needed better graphics than these, they should consider buying PSP or an x-box portable..

i use Sony PC Companion 2.1 on my PC to update my ion and it works just fine. i just had to follow the instructions on how to update your phone; the PC companion installation prompt appears when you connect your phone to your PC via usb. if the prompt doesnt appear when you connect, go to settings>xperia>usb connectivity and check 'install PC companion'.

to manually update xperia ion visit this page and see bottom "Flash Manually Xperia Ion LT28i / LT28h Jelly Bean 6.2.B.0.211 firmware ftf file"

hey to save battery life,use gsm only mode when u dont use ur phone.when u need to go internet just change it to wcdma.that saves more battery than you can imagine.i use my phone 1 day battery backup with normal use.ask any question regarding battery.thanks

RKB, 11 Aug 2013my ion hanged in morning..... before hanging my phone conne... moreyou have to reset your phone set by pressing Volume Up+ Volume Down + Power buttons at the same time.

Not satisfied with sony... Bad performance...
