Drawback in ion is phn speakers for attending call is very low. You can't hear anything in traffics in India.. Phone gets damn heat if yo continuously play game for half n hour.. Worst case is you need to carry d charger with you coz it never last even 12 hours even in stand by mode.. The plus is camera better thn xperia s. Xperia s looks lyk over saturated but looks very natural in ion. better in watching video. Look great in hand.. Fast net.. With ics 4 this phone s awesome.. Remember it's a 4g phn Wer Xperia s s still 3g.

I hope they would put in Xenon flash. That's the only thing lacking from this phone (aside from the removable battery, of course).

perfect cell phone , camera is excellent, color superf because of sony engine bravia,and with fm radio plus hdmi port connection to tv.

Now i am using xperia ion LTE for 3 weeks now and should say i wan't live without it. You should tweak the phone with 'power server' software built in to get the maxium life for the battery.

I have the ion rooted running ics and I have no problems with it other than the camera being noisy in the dark. It takes amazing pictures in the light though

I purchased this phone about 4 months ago. It has been a good phone in media and taking pics. It is very clear up until about a month ago I started seeing conflicts in video and pics when I started loading apps for ringtones. The videos are no longer clear when I take them and adjusting the settings does nothing for clarity or picture size either. Recently in the past week I did my research when the problem occurred with the microphone, I can hear the callers clearly yet my mic sounds muffled or has no sound at all. I plug in the ear piece headset/mic and it works fine, blue tooth ear piece works fine too. There are several different theories on message boards and even on the actual Sony web site itself comments are there. Warranty hasn't done anything about it and the Sony Store well they need some serious training where I am located. I rely on my phone for my business and the 12mp camera with the ability to play movies and vids is what sold me on this phone. Wish it can be fixed
