No not any lithium ion battery needs 4 or 8 hour charge for first time. Just wait it charged full and wait another 30 mins more and u r ready to go

Out of these 4, S2 and Xperia L seem to be the best options... should i go for xperia L? main concern over S2 is it won't get future OS updates past JB...

i can go with galaxy core but the hardware of it the old version a4 chip and all. and sony is better in terms of quality than samsung. while xperia m and xperia c both lack in internal memory. i can barely manage to install a high end game in them.

why wil you spend ur money in buying another Xperia l... you may sale n take galaxy core or Xperia m dual or Xperia c..
