Try this to root your device. I have unlocked bootloader, rooted and currently running CM12. Works grt so far no issue with the hardware.

after 15 min play hd games the cpu got hot til 63 deg n when internal storage full the apps restart continuously n again the cpu reach 45 deg ++ and restart phone..pls make sure tht latest xperia dont get the same heating + storage prob...

It's a good phone. But why didn't play HD video in this phone..??? and it hadn't a 4g Network!! not included bravia engine!! And not even water proof mobile!!!
