Not the best phone for me but atleast it's better than any mid-range phone. Sometimes it lags and the front camera is very disappointing. Battery as well as back camera is good.

Sony declared no further updates for xperia l but why it has 1gb RAM it is updatable to kitkat o.s. It is ridiculous. Sony must care about their customers. Then what is the value of buying a 17k phone of Sony.. Must go for Samsung or HTC..with better facilities..

I m using it from past one year.sorry to say but I m ashamed of its camera quality, friends with smartphone like micromax,spice used to click much better picture.for me its a total waste of 17k...

I can see people post that their phone used to hang a lot, you can download Clean master.
For issue related to memory low, you can disable unwanted app from Setting> Apps> tap on the app and clear data> force stop> disable.
Try this and check if it is working for you.

this piece of crap(xperia l) has a serious problem of memmory full due to gallery thumbnails which get generated of their own when you click a picture or open a picture even if you downpoad a picture.I asked thrice about this problem to sony but they never answer me about this problem.I purchased this piece of crap(xperia l) in 18000rs in august 2013.From first day this piece of crap had this problem.

I bought this phone in August 2013 and after fews days itself there was some problems showing like, it was getting hang and stuck frequently, i need to shutdown and on once in a while, then i gave it for service in feb 2014, and they updated the software, and for few months it was fine, then again the same problem getting hang all the time, now i again gave it for service in sept they just reboot my phone... But still it is having problem.... My request for you all is not to go for sony xperia any more..bcoz i spent 16,500rs for buying this..but it doesnt worth it... I heard many such complaints with other sony xperia sets like My friend is using Xperia M even it has the same problem... He gave it for service in the same month... Is there anyway to get that replace???

AnonD-308755, 17 Sep 2014It only has 1.5Gb device memory total, and a lot of it used... moreit says 2gb memory but when i want to download movies or songs which are of 700 mb or so. it says memory full even when there is space..besides memory no other complain.. the phone runs smoothly i have been using it since one year. the camera quality is great

the phone is best ,but two problem are occurs, one is hang and other is front camera,,,aprt from this phone is awesome ,,best camera quality,picturs n media ,,excellent
