How is the gaming performance in terms of games like real racing 3 and modern combat 4... do they run completely smooth?? Also are all the games compatible with this phone??

Xperia L is a great device,but s2+ not bad as well
xperia L pros:
-Slightly higher density(it doesnt matter,cause amoled look better in real life)
-beautiful LED notification
-more camera feature(HDR,exmor R)
-better processor,faster as well
-look better,in my opinion
-Scratch-resistant glass
S2+
-slimmer,lighter,slightly more compact
-better camera,FullHD(FCC 2mp,8mp in XL overly saturated)
-Glonass support(will lock under 8 second)
-better battery life(well,all samsung midrange did)
-more feature in touchwiz(smart etc etc)
-slightly cheaper(until XL price settled down)
Just go for whatever u like,both have their own strength and both are great.

this phone has poor 8mp camera i tested with my new L7-II's 8mp camera
my L7-II is more accurate and vivid colors and also more sharper than Xperia L's 8mp camera.
I TESTED THE BATTERY LIFE OF THE TWO PHONES;
L7-II is also LONG LASTING BATTERY LIFE!
L-II got 8:51 hours of video playback
while
Xperia L got a score of 6:21 hours Video Playback.
SOUND QUALITY:
L7-II is louder compared to Xperia Z.
SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION;
XPERIA L scored 8 seconds to fully download GsmArena's page
L7-II scored 9 seconds to download GsmArena's page
because of battery life and great audio quality
I WILL SAY L7-II IS BETTER OVER XPERIA L.

A lot says this phone lacks a lot of features but is not so bad.
-In this range mid-low this phone is the first who captures HDR for pictures/video(I think)
-the style is very good,in special with the power button
-it has a shutter button for capturing pictures when the phone is locked
-new processor and gpu
-removable battery,sd card slot,stanima mod
But there aren't only advantages
It lacks:
-adobe flash
-gyroscope
-screen type is TFT it doesn't have good viewing angles
-apps slow to load(i didn't tested yet)
So this phone is pretty good for it's range but the price is big.I can buy htc one s,sony xperia s at the same price and samsung galaxy s2 plus cheaper.

AnonD-146144, 21 May 2013dude,Xperia L's benchmark standards are much better than Gr... moreit does'nt have framing issues while playing 1080p videos.you need copy 1080p videos directly through windows explorer and windows will prompt to convert and copy.just click yes ,it will automatically converted to device compatible format with out any change.then you can watch sharp 1080p videos on xperia l

You guys are comparing a Samsung Galaxy Grand with a Sony Xperia L? a better choice of comparison would be an Xperia SP, since they have the most identical specifications e.g 8MP camera for both, dual core processor and etc. Both has its pro and cons, truth be told... but give me a break... a 5 inch LCD screen.... im a screen lover and in my opinion Sony Xperia SP would be a better choice =)
