I suggest xperia P is better than this phone . This phones runs jelly bean out of the box and xperia p runs gingerbread or ICS but it will be upgraded in the end of March or beginning of April ! Xperia p records videos at 1080fps but xperia L runs just 720 ! Xperia P screen resolution is much much better i.e(275ppi) , xperia L also has outdated spec and chipset and gpu! I guess the price of this phone my be same or higher than xperia p so I suggest you to buy Xperia P ! And taking a look at Xperia P though it is almost a year old it does not miss out in beating almost all the mid range competitive devices today in the global market ! So I say Go all in for Xperia P though it is outdated it is still a great buy for you and looks and feels much more premium in hand as well!

spec almost same as xperia p except display size and chipset and of course gpu. but price is >> than xperia p

Bravia Engine > A technology to make a screen display get better.
Gorilla Glass > Is A glass to protect the screen from getting damaged or getting broken.

@castello,what are you going to point with?are you comparing gorilla glass to bravia engine?there,you got a wrong information.gorilla glass is a kind of hard glass covering that protects the phone from scratches,it is used by some phone developers like samsung,lg,iphone,nokia and even sony repectively in xperia j,while bravia engine is a chip or hardware that makes us more comfortable for viewing onscreen making it sharp and clear in taking photos or videos etc,

but this beautiful then the ** Sony Xperia z ** again, it's ugly curve curvature of the design model is no good of the Sony xperia L.?

This phone resembles to the Xperia J, especially for its arc design.
And I hope Sony won't release so many phones this year.

Wait wait wait guys I doubt if sony gets L and SP for india or asian markets. Just remember about T TX V E Edual which were available all over the world but not india. I dont see any reason for not releasing these phones for india. It looks like they just wanted to dump their P S U Sola like models with limited features in india. Im a diehard sony fan and never used other handsets since long but such moves by sony to give stepmother like treatment to indian market definitely hurts. I know people who waited for these phones and finally got sammy. Samsung is no exception. Even sammy didnt get phones like Ace2 for india. Sammy has bulk but quality is not as good as sony

Specs r superb bt it will be out of my budget. M sure it will price above 15K in india.
