@Suraj,buy another cell instead and sell the other functioning parts.I myself bought a secondhand Xperia L that was in brand new condition in 14ooo.

I m Suraj from Nepal. I brought Sony Xperia L two weeks ago. Few days back my mobile screen got cracked on single drop. Mobile is still working. Yesterday I went to the service center to change the glass of screen they ask me to pay Nrs. 14000(USD 160) I brought this phone on Nrs. 20000 (USD 220). So I have one question what is the cost of remaining parts?? Kindly check with your service center. I m truly upset with its bad quality screen n price of parts. I suggest all friends not to buy sony phone by mistake too.

How long you reckoned the battery should last? 6 to 7 hours of continuous using is normal.... at least be clear by what you mean with half a day........

Phone had given me a lot of problems,

Made a wrong decision seeing the reviews and trusting sony mobile.

Sonny xeperia L, this series of model have lot lot of problen whicle picking call, talking to another no can hear, sofware problem i lost my time my business on on investment on this phone...
please dont by this stupid phone

yoyo, 28 May 2014Yes...another update came today.in india. Its 15.3.A.1.17 ... moreyeah however it is still the same 4.2 update, and remember they only have limited updates per phone for a period they say the average update per xperia phone should be 2 or 3? so the more they release firmware update for the same version the less the kitkat update will arrive for this phone, i hope they release kitkat for the next update.

abu , 25 May 2014Screen always off when we make caller Any answer to fix t... moredude it's not a defect, this is normal because of the proximity sensor when we make a call and put it on our ears, the screen will turn off to avoid accidental touch on the screen when you are on a call.
