sd card support will be taken care by 16GB version.
and i am sure more than 80% of user migh never have used NFC.
beside u are very sure of getting all android update quickly on G, which we can just dream of getting kitkat on XL.
processor is better there.battery too. one thing which i might miss in G cd be DLNA, screen mirroring, etc if i am not wrong.

I cant play 1080p videos smoothly in xperia L even with MX player.It lags and skips frames.Is everyone facing this problems during playback? I am using latest version of MX player.

sSs™, 26 Feb 2014also as far as i'm aware you need to optimize the touchscre... moreI have been using the phone since August'13 and have done every update. initially i loved the phone.
now with the latest 1.14 most of the bugs removed, camera, touch has improved slightly, but screen freezes, battery drains faster now. Clock,call-timer get stuck. done reset b4 & after each updates.
battery last close to 20hr with 1hr call, 1 hr music, 1hr wifi, occasional games(ashphalt8 for half hr) in stamina mode with whatsapp & facebook.
performance & graphics much better, could install both real-racing3 & ashphalt8. ashphalt8 works smooth, but real-racing3 freezes sometime.
its for sure much better than most of samesung junkies in similar price. but now u can opt for moto G or wait for xperia M2.
I am still hoping for one good fix-all-bugs update or even better if kitkat4.4. hope sony is listening.

vinit, 26 Feb 2014please don't buy xperia L bcoz it has unresponsive touch ... morealso as far as i'm aware you need to optimize the touchscreen responsiveness of your phone if you feel that it is not that response. i beleive when it was sold to me there is an initial setup the sales person showed me regarding the touch responsiveness. or you can also download third party app that can optimize the tourchscreen responsiveness

screen and i have experienced it .i have bought it on 6th jan and sold it on 6th fab. if dont believe me please go to any sony store and compare xperia l with any other mobile phone using top of the finger . you will have to little bit push the screen .....so please dont buy any sony mobile phone
i have been service center many times, have talked to them ,have mailed them but they have one thing to do that is factory data reset .unresponsive touch is the native problem of xperia L which cannot be removed

Ranjith, 25 Feb 2014guys anyone tell me pls...what is the processor name of thi... moreas far as i know the name of the chipset is snapdragon 400 S4 plus, almost the same with M2 but M2 has a newer version of S4 chipset
performance i will say the xperia M2 has a better specs as it uses quadcore processor clocked at a higher speed, and of course it is newer and has 4.3 android version.

vwann, 25 Feb 2014Hey i dont understand why my xperia L internal storage is o... moreOn paper it says 8GB internal memory, however since there are pre-loaded apps on the phone it has consumed some part of the memory so the user available memory is only 5.8GB. now if you have a lower memory then it means you may have downloaded some apps or updated some pre-installed apps that had consumed the memory more.

I just bought it 3 days ago from its authorized Sony showroom at Bangladesh. I don't understand what's wrong with my phone camera!! its 8 mp, but performs like not more than 1MP or 2MP ?! I have replaced the set once too, but no improvements..really upsetting !!

Using xperia L Connected to a wi-fi..i can connect and browse thru chrome and the connection is good.... But.. I cannot access the play store,. It shows no connection...what seem to be the problem to this.?? Help anyone.???
