I was a sony fan but now days it feels like sony isn't even trying.... In terms of specs it not even close to its market competitors... It looks like people at Sony making these phones with their eyes closed

Why Sony Experia not found in Egypt ..I like Sony Herbert much .I have Sony Experia L1 fall from my hand and stopped I failed to find any one to repair it .. They told me Sony closed in Egypt Why ??????

Depends on what you're looking for. There are always Pros and Cons on every device. On the plus side the phone supports 4G+ a.k.a. LTE-A. Phones which only support 4G will be slower than this phone. So if speed is what you're looking for it's a good choice.
If you're into taking lots of selfies bear in mind that the selfie camera on this phone won't autofocus.
Sony is renowned for loading up their devices with bucket loads of bloatware. I don't know if that's the case with this one though. Other users who bought one could advise you on that aspect.
On the subject of voice calls the L4 doesn't support VoLTE whereby you can make phone calls using a 4G network. That translates into crystal clear speech reception which is largely missing on phones that communicate over 2G.
But as I said, it depends on what you're looking for. You need to provide more info on that score.

I bought the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S ...6gb ram 128gb storage ....better built, better spec, faster ......gone are days of paying more for a name, than the specs or the hardware ...I've even spent £3.99 for QI Wireless Charging Receiver to be added. Flagship feel and live in he phone

the battery could have been a little better but the helio processor will cover that aspect abundantly.
