after downloading open this software and follow on screen instructions.I updated my xperia m using this software.Update is about 750mb

After reading a lot of negative comments about 4.3 jellybean update, I thought deeply whether should I update or not. Finally I update it and see the difference. Really it is awesome. Touch become smooth, phone get faster than before; walkman, album, movies everything is improved; specially I am impressed about the camera. In 4.2jellybean (my phone is m dual c2005) the front camera was horrible, but now it is cool. I did not try over update center, tried through pc companion. I thought that 700mb+ (in pc companion) file is better than 370mb+ (in update center) file for updation, may be the logic is ridiculous but I gone through it. Whatever the media, after updation please make a 'factory data reset'. I am from Chittagong, Bangladesh.
