had recently visited the sony store and they have asked me to form,at my phone. (only format and not update). I just want to know if it will affect my phone. Does formatting cause damage to phone. Please help. its urgent

i want to know that when will the android 4.4 upgrade come in XPERIA M DUAL????i m getting bore of android 4.2....

4.3 upgrade of c2004\c2005 are flawless in my experience, for single sim M (c2004 is quad band and has very good signal quality)...

4.3 update contains some serious bugs..... only camera performance is bit better other than that no major improvements. memory management is worst . The major problem with 4.3 is that after updating to 4.1 phone went off automatically within one week of update and hell the phone refused to boot... tried for a whole day but no use... atlast hit the road to sony center nd there I was informed that all the problems was due to 4.3 update.... as a solution they downgraded my device to 4.1.
And lastly after sales service of sony... thumbs up.

Does formatting the phone (Xperia m) affect the phone. I mean does it cause problems later?? Will it affect the performance of the phone??

I repeat myself that upgrade was made only by flashing my single sim phone with the dual version of 4.3

After updating to 4.3
1. Wifi scanning has become a bit slow
2. Dialer also has become slow
3. The task manager doesn't show apps sometimes.
4. New themes are not working downloaded from play store.
5. Phone has become laggy.
6. Swiping up from home button to access google now can be done only two times. To get it back, phone has to be restarted.

can anyone tell me when will xperia m receive 4.3 update in NOIDA, INDIA I've visited the authorised Sony service centre but they don't have any idea about it any help guys plz??or we can upgrade it by ourselves by pc companion if yes then how?? plz suggest guys??

How to update xperia m dual?
I have tried to update through pc but it is saying I have the latest version but there is 4.2.2
