LOW IMAGE QUALITY in xperia m found the reason.
Been using xperia m for 2 years. As every one did ,I unlocked the boot loader after the warranty period was over for moving apps to sd card(stupid idea).

Before unlocking boot loader of xperia devices please read:
unlocking boot loader of xperia devices will effect the camera performance.
Its written as a warning on xperia developer page.Sony only mentioned xperia z3 (don't know why)but applies to e,m&z series also.
Some sort of Digital Right Management (DRM) keys included in the device will be erased when boot loader is unlocked. These keys can be backed up instructions are on xda page.

Once these keys are erased there is NO NO NO way to restore them WITH OUT THE BACK UP.
Factory reset,Re locking boot loader,Flashing wont get them back.

yce, 09 Oct 2015Camera: http://www.esato.com/phonephotos/index.php?uid=220874Nice photos, and a good example of why people claiming XM has a bad camera aren't using it right (unless they're unlucky enough to have a faulty one of course). It's not perfect - the colour balance isn't great, and overall clarity isn't up with the XU despite both being 5Mp sensors - but it's good enough that I don't bother with the SLR except for special occasions.

Having problems with cyanogen mod recovery, unusable, boring interface.etc. Then just flash twrp fota recovery to get rid of it permanently. Cyanogen mod, by default replaces your recovery with its own. Flashing fota recovery is the only way to get rid of it.

After 2 years of intense camera/gps/music and internet usage, and few bad falls on hard ground, also wet weather and others...: I am proud to say that it's great to be a Sony fan after all of 2 identical&working&white C1905.
Indeed one of them has factory lens problem, but otherwise, if anyone truly understands how bad Google system is, and how many Google apps (mostly games) have designing problems then this phone it's just perfect!

Just sent my Xperia M back for warranty repair. This morning lots of user and system apps were crashing. A couple of restarts later, the dreaded decryption password prompt, and no joy. PC Companion wasn't interested in factory restoring, and a quick chat with Sony support said to send it back. Found a few references to this happening - and being terminal, needing the flash memory replaced because it's worn out, perhaps unhelped by there being so little of it in the first place so no scope for wear-levelling. SBE Ltd were mostly excellent when they repaired my old Xperia U under warranty, so let's see if they can manage it again. Sadly Sony aren't on my Christmas card list now, though - just too many corners cut with cheap components, it seems. Coincidentally, our Nexus 7 tablet died pretty much the same way, but out of warranty unfortunately.
