How to configure speed dial in this phone?

AnonD-43678, 27 Oct 2013But it hangs .my brother facing prob:(There are few important things to verify its hanging:
1.the card's age (assure if it's formatted).
2.check if it's a cutted sim to micro sim or it's a fresh new micro sim (the cut option may lead to sim irreversible damage).
3.turn off led notification (in anyway it's not that useful as one on XU at least).
4.some third music\camera\battery saver apps (like tactile player or neutron player could give errors, or skype\temaviewer not being exit).
5.the proximity sensor activity (mostly when it's used with apps that turn on\off phone).
6.try to use it with wcdma\gsm network set.
7.check by other smartphones the distributor's antenna signal.

pls tell me, xperia m dual is 4.1 jb or 4.2 jb and can we move application to sd card in ?

Is this true? I really liked this phone but I call and text a lot, and cant afford to have a problem in calling voice quality

Bought dual sim phonejust two days back for 11,692 from amazon.in. No words. to explain it's performance. Awesome phone in its price range. As mentioned in the specs, it's mentioned that it comes with 4.1.2. But I got 4.2.2. Screen resolution, processing speed, Internet etc.,excellent.
but a small question, how we have to set default storage to external sd card? I've searched a lot for it. Please anyone tell me?Thanks in advance
