I purchased a Xperia M Dual recently. Using 2 sim cards of BSNL& Airtel. My phone is restarting almost 3 times in an hour when 3G data is enabled (Network Mode - WCDMA Prefered/GSM). Working fine when it is "GSM Only". Any solutions??

Very clear Walkman music player cannot compensate
for a very poor camera quality for
something worth Php 9,000.
I still wonder why
Sony made (and released) it.
I had Samsung S DuoS 2,
Xperia M, Galaxy Win, Oppo R2001 Yoyo.
I will buy Zenfone 4 A450CG next month
for its camera.
At work, with my family or friends,
a handy good camera is essential.
*i'm not selling mine, I'm ashamed to.

m really not at all happy with the product in just 1 year the phone displayed issues with the motherboard apart from that annoyed and unhappy from the sony's service center's behaviour ...instead of checking the issue properly and testing the handset they replaced the sim slot which was an issue however not the only reason for the phone's fault
won't suggest anyone to spend money on sony as in case of any issue their repair/replacement charges will annoy you more.

Thys phone is not good, hi hawe problem whyth SIM gard-restarting all the time. Im newer bay any sony phone.:(

vanjith, 13 Dec 2014xperia m dual is a very good phone. but sometimes it restar... moreI have a same problem. Phone sometimes restart automatically. but now its working fine. do following things:
1) just check whether your sim/memory card inserted properly. put a small paper on it and close the back cover. If still issue than do next steps
2) Due to some virus in Memory card,it restarts so take backup only for Imp files and do format.
3) at last do factory restore.
May be due to first option your phone restarts.

phone's performance is very good. it never hangs unlike other smartphones. wish the internal memory was bigger. cant run lots of apps !currently using face book , whatsapp,mail and hayday.
