first fix time is from .05 sec to 30 sec depending on the sky visibility ......
GPS test application shows that it sees almost 17 satellites on an average and uses almost 11 satellites and even 17 sats at times ......
accuracy is abt 50 ft.....
overall performance is really gud
but there was also instaces when it took arnd 10 mins to fix ..while inside the house

got it for 12600 from sony showroom. its great and the screen is very good, no blue tint although its c1904.

Can someone who has purchased this in India comment on the GPS, how long does it take to lock-on in google maps? Is its accuracy good?
