Can i update my xp m to v4.3 in the servicing centres...?? If yes, would they end my 1st service warranty??? Reply if u have any idea.

Actually I am using this phone for last 3 month... No doubt it is a awesome phone but now I am facing a problem when I browse 3g on bsnl on sim 1 it gets sweitched off and many problems starts.......
Pls suggest me what to do

Although they say about 4 GB internal memory, but only 2GB is available for app installtion. Even external SD card cannot be used for app installation(real smart phone feature!!!!!). this is a bullshit phone.
yesterday i have upgraded to android 4.3 which is provided by sony itself, but all the problems still exists.
New problem addition after update - cannot launch google maps app
DONT BUY IT.........
