This is the worst phone...I got it ten days back and I can't use the speaker...phone easily gets heated while using Internet...

I brought sony xperia m4 aqua on 5th june 2015. it is almost one month complete after using it I experienced its a fantastic phone light in weight easy to carry in pocket over all good but with one and big problem which I am facing is it becomes silent automatically with changing any profile settings on calls msgs and even I was playing videos it was not giving audio output at all when i seen this problem first time I just did reset my phone and it ringing again but after 2 days same problem was happening. I went to Nehru place service station they told sir just update your phone softwhere this problem will not happen again.
I did softwhere update at home it took 4 hours for just updating softwhere. after updation this problem is happening again n again. I am a highly unsatisfied customer of this hand set.

I bought mine 13 days ago, it was working fine for 9 days, since then it just go blank for up to 4 hours and I have to struggle with it to go on, I have to take the SIM out then in again. very dissapointed, anyone experiencing same problem?

Is it worth to buy this phone? Im searching for a new phone, and im thinking about this. If no, what phones could you offer around the same price?

sham, 15 Jul 2015I just buy the Sony Xperia m4 aqua dual..they said the inte... moreM4 Aqua is coming in two different versions of ROM 8 GB or 16 GB, That you have to check during purchase. in the 8 GB version only 2 GB user memory available to use.

check for m4 aqua update today, it gives 3gb free space internal memory, more smooth, no heating issue so far away, so upset...

This phone is terrible, Sony on release of this phone advertise it as an 8GB internal storage phone. But about 2 weeks ago, after several complaints by members of the public, something they deny. They changed there white pages to say that users only have 3GB of available storage left before you update the operating systems apps. Something they covered up. I have felt very let down by Sony, I returned the phone because you are truly left with 1.26gb of available storage, once updated system software which doesn't leave you much storage at all. I rung Sony on several occasions, and there customer service is diabolical. They don't seem to care & have no interest in looking after there customers. There technical support department are as useless as there customer service. My thoughts of Sony aren't good at all. DO NOT BUY THIS HANDSET!!!!!

please assist which one is the best the xperia m4 or xperia c4,im so confuse hey..will be much helpful please,and is the m4 really 8gb storage?thought it was 16gb..
