never going back to sony again. I bet LG is better.

I purchased this device 3 months ago, and the touchscreen panel is not responding, it overheats too much. Also the device is freezing up, I will never purchase another Sony!

In Estonian alphabet we have such letters like: ö,ä, õ, ü. If I type them, my phone will change those letters. Like if I want to type Ü, It will put Õ etc. Sometimes it put even "?". This bug was also with my old Sony Xperia S.

Have been using this for awhile,i bought this in a light used condition,like one week old maybe.Initially i was flat when i saw the design(am sure you would never regret buying this for the looks alone ).thought the battery sucked initially,it was well good for my long day .The camera heats like hell while recording videos and the front camera sucks in lowlight, though the rear one does well!(yes,was amazed really). If you are considering gaming,then this is not your fit :| (not bad,not good one either) other than that,the display,looks,audio all are lit

Mine is having no problem. If I change it for Apple 6S then what? I would bring another phone everytime? (Dual SIM capability) and I cant used it on beach, swimming pool etc. near water? Now tell me, what your Apple 6S can do that this phone wont?

My m4 aqua doesnt overheat that often, but sometimes it does. And tbh the camera isnt the best but it is like meh. My m4 aqua is upgraded to android 6.0.1 marshmallow and i feel like it lasts longer than on android lollipop.
It didnt last nearly as long as now even tho i always had the stamina mode on all the time but i dont even use it anymore. But im still going to buy probably an iphone 7 plus, depends on what iphone 8 is like.

I would directly change it for iPhone 5s if someone offered it to me. No 6s, 5s. It has 8 slow ARM A53 cores, under clocked by Sony, probably to avoid even more overheating. Flagships use these cores for light tasks like mail or messaging to save energy. GPU is also lowest of the low end. And I thought I would have been scammed when I bought this for € 279 at release. I already mentioned the shit material used at the back which gets discolorations and deep scratches even when using a case all the time. That camera... I would rather have a potato, I mean my iPad mini 2 has a iPhone 4s camera and that one is better in every aspect.
People, be smart. Don't let you fool by the numbers like "8 cores, 2gb ram, 13MP camera". I'm sooooooo happy I ordered iPhone 7. Finally, I'll be able to leave this alone.

Been using the dual sim version of this phone for 4 months now. Never had a problem, using about 11 GB of internal memory and Updated to Android 6.0.1. The best phone in terms of use and functionality with regards to price. For 850 AED you get dual sim, 16 GB, IP 68, android 6, slim (7.3mm thickness) form factor, underwater vidoes, etc. I wont exchange this phone for even Iphone 6S.
I suggest to those who experience heating problem, avoid using any casing or just use those so called "bumper case" only, that way the back and front of the phone is open. Updating to Android 6.0.1 eliminates problem with battery. My phone last 2 days on normal usage (half the time, connected to wifi or LTE data). Using stamina mode last up to 4 days maximum.

Been using this phone for about a year.
Pros:
-Nice and smooth UI
-Good for casual/average user
-Reasonable price
-Android Marshmallow
-Water resistant
Cons:
-Overheat if gaming/intense stuff
-Camera shutter lag
(need to wait for a few seconds before taking the next photo)
-8gb storage not enough
(biggest problem for me)
Overall:
-Rating: 7/10
-Not a bad phone if you just need to get things done but can't really expect much from a mid-range phone
-So, my next phone might be iPhone SE since it is quite affordable with contract
-But, Android is still awesome

1. I can't speak English as good as I wish, so my text is going to be hard to understand.
2. I'm poor so i had to buy this phone :v
The worst phone i ever had:
The only thing I loved was the IP68 certification and the 2GB of RAM enough to avoid force closing apps, but talking generally... Let's start: CPU overheats like hell, it only can run lightweight games without lag or overheating. I had to root the phone to play heavy games but it still got laggy and the CPU raised to 80°C. Camera have problems to quick launch and when taking a picture i have to wait around 3 secs to can take another one.
System UI isn't smooth.
2400 MAh battery is not enough to keep the phone alive during all the day and when using it playing games or even only with the screen on running an app, its necessary to charge it one or twice to end the day with

Poor camera quality.. 8mp camera from samsung and 5mp camera from iphone is much better than the 13mp camera of m4 aqua.
Good phone for gaming except that you can't install games to the external sd card.
Official Unlock code for the bootloader is now available in Sony website.

normally 4n condition is good but water proof is working only first month only .
