i am using sony xperia aqua and at this moment soooo annoyed! it keeps hanging and shutting off. cant even use it! just got it last july. I regret that i chose this phone

Sony Xperia M4 is a very good phone in the mid-range phone section. Good features. The no-so-good points are the camera (obviously not as great as high-end phones); the phone getting hot at the back (due to the waterproofing - no air allowed to get into the phone); and the limited internal memory (8gig) which limits the apps you can install - but can be resolved by following the steps in this article (http://www.fixedbyvonnie.com/2014/06/install-android-apps-sd-card-default/).

Anonymous, 24 Nov 2015Confused between this or Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ze500kl(5inch... moreI think m4 is better in terms of battery life.and you will get a marshmallow update.the sd 615 is also better than sd410.but if you buy the m4 for gaming,avoid it and buy zenphone as m4 heats alot while gaming.and sony have reduced performance to stop overheating and thus highend games will lag.
Even if you buy the 8GB model after the update ,you will be able to install apps to sd card.

But without considering the price...I would still pick the M4 because it has a larger screen and has an Octa Core chipset paired with 2 GB of ram. Camera quality is average though.
