I bought my M4 aqua 2 weeks back, it is over heating and the battery does not last 2 days. Camera and everything else is working fine. Just so disappointed, wouldn't advise anyone to buy this phone. what is the reason for heating. i am very disappointed for the sony brand

I bought my M4 aqua 2 weeks back, it is over heating and the battery does not last 2 days. It just died now, I was charging it , wanted to check the time when i realized its not going on, its just dead. I buzzed it to see if the screen will go on, it just rang but the phone is still off, took the charger out and put it back in, still dead. Camera and everything else is working fine. Just so disappointed, wouldn't advise anyone to buy this phone.

When I went to Sony care they told me that due to update it does not support app lock and it is happening to each and every set. Please do tell me if it's correct? No app lock is working in my cell after I updated it

I am using Sony Aqua M4 since 1.5 month.Overheating is one of the major issue,another one is problem in flashlight after 15 days of purchasing.Micro sd card lock also found damaged when try to put memory card.
Today I have depposit it at Sony care centre.They agreed to replace the set with new one.Now It is time to see that what Sony do for customer satisfaction.
As they are also having policy of giving stand-by set but no stand by set has been issued to me at its Panipat Care Centre(M/S Aditya Enterprises).
