Its nice and handy phone.. But heating problm is vry common in this phn which can be overcome by software update.. N ya it also got microphone problm.. When i bought it..within a week my microphone was not working so i went to the service Centre where they replaced this set and gave me another.. And now its working gud :)

it is the worst phone of sony ever made. camera is not good. heating too much. speaker problem occur in my phone after 7 days of purchase and poor touch. i submit it to the service center. they make the doa of handset.

Microphone not working.
Tested in hardware diagnose tool, and just heard a long "buzz" after recording. Due to this, I can hear my friends voice but they can't hear me, makes the phone unusable.

Worse Mobile ever heating ,earpiece and mike problem is quite common dont invest a single rupee on this blady phone

Won't connect to T-Mobile Data. I sat on the phone with T-Mobile for about 45 minutes and we never got the phone to connect with data. I'm roaming in China and I confirmed with a local sim card that the phone works on the local network. I have a Sony E4 that worked with the same SIM cards on the same network. I don't know if the phone will work when I get back to the USA on the T-Mobile network. I'm hoping there will some update tot he OS that the phone will start to work in China.

Got solution for app lock for updated device.
Go to settings ----- security ----- apps with usage access ----- then turn ON your app lock...
If it didn't work for you, then uninstall your app and try a different app.
Am using applock developed by do-mobile.
Otherwise no issues with my mobile. After update, heating issues are considerably less.

Sony should collect all m4 aqua from customers. I have purchase a month ago and problem start from day one with speakers, and network then sim means it's ridiculous A person can't visit service center regularly by taking leave from office. Please don't buy such phone.I have already visited service center 4 times but sorry to say it's a manufacturer problem.

I purchase that phone 1 month ago i luv this phone but i got some minor scrates in its back glass so plz tell me how to remove that and did its any tempered glass for its back protection?

YES every comment is true i hv also m4 is too many problem and battery is too poorur plz don,t perches that all company challenge is that 2 days battery is flash and i hv go to in consumer foam for in this phone i hv go to two time in sony servies center but in not solve my problem and the battery is charge full is taking too long time plz spot me to i got new phone and to the case n consumer foam send me mail to for
