Anonymous, 11 Jul 2016Have any one tries to turn off mobile data or internet and ... moreI bought m5 xperia one for me, but after 2 months the mobile automatically shutdown and never turn on again. It was very disappointing to me because i only have one phone in my work. i bring it to service center and they always said that the parts are not available. I'm tired of going back in service center so I decided to refund my money but they refused to give it. so i filed a complaint to DTI consumer protection program. I'm hoping that they will bring back my money.

'm a repeat Xperia customer. Previously i've owned Xperia Neo L, L and now using M5 since 8 months. It was working fine until recently couple of times it switched off automatically, and i had to "jump start" it using a charger. But yesterday it switched off automatically while the battery percentage was still above 30%. I thought of jump starting it again. But no matter what i do, the phone refuses to start. I kept it for charging for hours and hours. Only that red LED glows and nothing happens. I tried reset / hard restart, power button + vol up, pc companion etc. Nothing works. Phone remains dead. Now i'm starting to wonder the only good thing in Xperia devices are their design and nothing else. Sony should start some phone design agency rather than making actual phones itself.

Next, will make a severe noise and start to hang.

Had it for 4 month now. I really regret buying m5. Just a water splash had the motherboard replaced. Then I noticed it was the back cover was not properly glued. No wonder water goes inside despite claim water resistant

Hey guys i would like to know if it is better to buy the sony xperia M5 or the LG Nexus 5x. I'll mainly be using the phone for normal things and then facebook and snapchat. which one is better suited for my description?

Its a great phone, so far so good.I like it Sony Phones.Its slim and good looking.Good camera quality front and back.Great Job.

bad choice .. at first i was so exited to get this phone but after i get it i realize that back shell is not strong enough . it have been cracked into my pocket .. seriously .. i just shocked . after using 6 months i have faced another big problem my phone sensor is not work properly when i make a call its stuck on a black screen automatically .. so my suggestion is save your money do not buy it ..
