Did you update it to the latest software? Because M5 has some known issues before the update, after updating almost every one of them solved. According to the users all over the world of course. So, do the software update, if possible, first do a factory reset and cache delete before updating and then update.

bought it less than a month ago. auto switch off even when fully charged, downloaded "safe charge" but still does that, not recommended by me

Bought this phone less than a month back and it switches off automatically and never switches back on unless its connected to a charger. what a waste. downloaded "safe charge" but no help. I even went as far as clearing the phones' memory and memory card. Do Not Buy unless you willing to carry those portable chargers

When i leave the phone for the night with wi-fi and LTE on(without charging it), in the morning i noticed that the phone lost almost 30% of its battery. Where can be problem? Before i was with LG G2 and in the same conditions it loses 5% battery at top

I bought and i am using Sony m5 using from past 13 days first i read that it heats up a lot and gets automatically switch off no battery backup etc etc it is the best mobile it heats a little bit i had sony m4 before this i am very happy very good performance by mobile it heats a only little bit and that heat is nothing and i charge mobile 2 times a day because i continue use it it has good battery backup 5-6 hours net surfing with songs and with other purpose doing at the same times
