I buy 2 m5. One of it keep shutdown by itself, and already send to centre last two week. Now, another one turn off and cannot turn on. Whyyyyyyy?

Auto-shutdown is a real issue that occurs to many M5 users when they use mobile data. It's probably a battery issue that must be replaced with proper one.I myself use Xperia C5 Ultra with no problem whatsoever but it's safe to say that Xperia M5 is a defected device.

not recommended to buy this phone. I am sad to see Sony deployed such a bad product into market.
Main problem: Phone will auto hang/switch off and never able to turn it on anymore no matter what you do. (I am sure battery still a lot!!)
Solution: plug in power cable and the phone will show charging. Only than you phone can wake up.
Other problem:
Poor camera capture speed and color
Overheating tremendously
Battery drain so fast (not as per described power saving mode)

Here in El Salvador works very fine with all operators, i have no problems with my Xperia M5, so you have to be carefully with the APKS you install if you want long life for your battery, and kill applications too.

Seems to me that here in Finland there is no more possible to buy this phone in gold, only in black or white. Is it so that all phones with problems are golden ones?

Last week my fon get shutdown n restart automaticaly.i try this not to off when charge n instAll clean master. Now my fon get better.

If any of u is a malaysian and want to buy this phone, my advice is NO.
The product is a dissapointment and the customer service in malaysia is pure shit. I have never experience a worse service than Sony Berjaya. I am never ever going to buy another sony phone. I sent it to repair on 28th nov and the expected time to pick it up is 30 dec. Thanks to the workers who lied and the crappy phone.

I just recently bought my phone and had to send it to repair after 5 days of using it. At first they said that they want to change the battery. One week later, the day i was supposed to take my phone, they said that the motherboard needs to be changed. It took 3 weeks to replace the mboard. And when i wanted to pick it up, they said to wait for another week to change the battery. Whats the problem that they had to change the battery twice? Is the quality of sony THAT bad or the workers are just lying pricks. Either way i'm not gonna buy another sony phone. The product has been bad and the service is the worst.
