My only beef with Mediatek is that they don't release kernel sources. Coupled with Sony's policy of only keeping their Z series up-to-date, seeing Android M on M5, either officially or via custom ROMs seems unlikely.
As for the 21MP camera, all those big numbers are for nothing if they eff it up like they did Z1c. Seriously, I never saw such low level of detail on a 20MP camera before. I'm not really holding my breath on this one, but I'll wait until reviews are out.

Water resistance 21,5 mpx camera vivid mode front 13mpx very good performance more powerfull than 615 my fast focus loosless zoom my next phone. Have Xperia t3 two days battery life vith stamina on no diference in performance

I completly evaluated this phones performance it comes with mediatek helio x10 (mt6795) top 3rd series of mediatek processors nd powerVR G6200 I was thinking of buying htc desire 826 with snapdragon 615 and adreno 405. But after comparing both cpu and gpu i found that mtk is more powerfull energy efficient in terms of cpu but when it comes to gpu powerVR g6200 has 700 mhz nd 89.3 score and adreno 405 is below 70 and only has 550 mhz but on graphics output rate power had only 8fps and adreno had 11.3 so if you are a gamer i prefer snapdragon 615 else go for m5 because of core reasons like performance (cpu) display quality(120 refresh rate) ram (3gb)
Gorilla glass waterproof and camera quality better battery back up etc..

When you don't know about this model of mediatek processor so don't tell any thing. Search and see the benchmarks of this hardware on other devises. This is more powerful than snapdragon 615. And so cooler. I love sony

Hmm Sony. I have no idea why screen-to-body ratio keep decreasing.
Original Xperia Z is around 70% and almost 3 year later it drop to 66% WTF man.
