my phone doesn't have signals, like it doesn't read the sim or something, also when i try to update the system, it says failure to install, and it requires to download again, but also fails to install after redownloading the update.... any solutions ??
one more thing, how to change the signal network bands, cuz i want to put it on 2G only but i cant find it in the settings, thanks in advance.

i bought this phone on august 2016 from the trusted store in my city, at first it couldn't read sim cards, then after 3 days used, it showed its great ability that it can restart itself always, then at the next day, it totally dead, dead. now i have to wait for 3 months it turn back from service center. i really love this phone but..... :(

Anonymous, 24 Sep 2016sony which model is best mobile My M5 is great,no issues at all, upgrades to 6.0 Lollipop,gets better. From my experience, Xperia Z3+ remains the best produced.

Once I left Hong Kong this battery lock would happen the phone is fully charged then switches off for no reason
For some reason it doesn't happen at home.. Just when I'm out and actually need it

Aditya, 21 Aug 2016After upgrading to Marshmallow, my phone suddenly gets rest... moreBro i am also using since jun 2016. Bro its restarted due to power heating inbuilt software in it. U notice that its restarted only When it over heated. Then its shut down and restarted automatically. It is not a problem.

dont use any sony product in your hole and pls inform to other because it has worst service compare to other compny worst you know the worst after use sony product i was aware about worst means sony
i dnt know how these cmpny can work without any standerd work prosess

I bought mine last December 2015. Brought it to the service center for 3 times already with the same issue (Battery lock). I'm from Davao and they will bring the unit to their head office in Manila hopefully for a permanent solution to the problem. The LTE is the main issue of mine. After I left my phone on LTE mode and the signal lost, the phone automatically shutdown. Lucky if I will be able to turn it on thru charging but the 3 recent incident has fed me up going to the service center for rebooting. If you have a phone like mine you better shift it to 2G to avoid battery shutdown especially if the LTE signal in your community is not that good.
