The first phone and the last phone from Sony. I have been a Sony supporter for home appliances, but this phone made it the last product from Sony too, will never buy Sony products anymore.

I have changed back to my xperia M2 Dual after 5 weeks of frustrated struggle with the phone. The phone shuts down deliberately several times a day and Sony is neglecting this absurdely. Go to the Sony support forum and have a look yourself. You will find it very fast because it is the largest thread in the M5 forum. The users are desperately posting for help like wild and Sony only knows to say nothing.

ive got sony m5 dual on december 5, 2015. so far, i've never encountered any problems as other mentioned in their comments. flawlessly switching of lte network via dual lte sim, no auto shutdown, lagless, camera were great, 4K working as expected, and other stuff work without any issues.

Will never ever recommend to buy M5 dual. Very bad experience with this phone. Looks like Sony don't know fix the Auto Shutdown problem from this Model. This is a replaced ahving the same issue and now It is over a month that phone is still with service center. Big disappointment with Sony. They should stop selling this model in the market. Its like cheating the customer when company knows that this model has auto shutdown issue but still they are selling it.

I have m5 my problem is my memory slot doesnt detect my 64gb sandisc mem card class 10
I have changed 2 mem cards already
Still same problem and pics that are clicked are half grey and spoilt.

I have my experia m5 dual for almost 2 weeks at first there we're functioning as Sony said yeah there very good. But after that the fone start turning off. Just browsing with the photo, after calling, etc... Now I'm trying to replace my fone with a new m5 but my doubts is ther. I hope Sony will fix the problems.

Shitty phone. A total rip off from Sony. Got the phone back cover problem gave it to the service centre got a new one after 10 days . used it for a day camera issue looked like a VGA camera , again gave it back , again got the phone now the problem with the camera it shuts down automatically and shows error camera not found . seriously its like making fool of people.

I bought mine in subang (direct d). 10 days later i had to send it to sony service centre in klcc because the phone cant turn on. The repair took 14 days. I think its better to buy samsung a8 for the money.

I am surprised with the. Reviews here i recently purchased the xperia m5 E5663 dual and i must say it is a very good device battery is a huge improvement over that of the s6 and performance is fair 2 say on par with that of a z3 i havent experienced any of the problems stated here and got like 20+ minutes of 4k recording..
Overall i think it a very good phone for its price..... Ps i think sony could have included a good pair of hi res in ear buds tho...
