I m using dis phone 4rm PST 2 days nd it's a very nyc phone all d games and apps are supported and android 4.0 really works good hats Sony...............

    anybody tried OTG (USB On-The-Go)..??? I tried with 5 different OTG cables... bt i couldnt find it working.....

        manik, 27 Sep 2012hw u added bravia engine on iro U must root your device first...
        Install Root Explorer
        Install jota text editor
        get the attachment from here..

        Download only Bravia Engine... Coz we are already having xLoud in our device
        ** dont follow the instructions from that link.. i will not work in our device..

        Extract Bravia Engine Zip ...
        Copy the extracted files "be_movie" and "be_photo" from extracted folder system\etc to phones "\system\etc" folder using root explorer(if u see "mounted as r/o" on the top in root exploer, u must tap on "mount r/w) then only the files will be copied... otherwise it will say "write protected"..

        next step is to edit the build.prop file located in the /system
        to to this first copy the build.prop file to sd card
        then using jota text editor add the lines at the end
        # BRAVIA Engine
        ro.service.swiqi.supported=true
        persist.service.swiqi.enable=1
        then save the file
        finally copy and replace the edited file with original file in /system using root explorer
        then reboot u r mobile...
        thats it...

        *** Important>> Edit the file with Jota editor only if u edit with others your device may not boot...
        Please Keep another copy of build.prop

              Before u root u r device... U must keep your Mobile in Usb in Debugging Mode.. Enable it in "Settings>>Developer Options>>USB debugging"

              Next is to change the usb connection mode Go to Settings>>Experia>>Connectivity>>USB Connection Mode and select Mass Storage Mode(MSC)

              These two are very important steps without doing this settings rooting script doesnot recognise your device...

                  Hey friends, plz READ Carefully.

                  GOOGLE DOES NOT SUPPORT apps to move to external storage by default in their Android OS. They are doing this since early versions of android. This tells:
                  why u can't find the option to move to ext sd in ur phone by default.

                  Android was developed by "Open Handset Alliance" led by Google with 34 member companies, but the key power goes to Google, others are just to suggest and trade google's android os. Major companies like Sony, Samsung, HTC, LG etc. are members. U will find below why I have explained this.
                  Neither Google provides the built-in ability to move apps nor they support 3rd party apps to do that instead. Thats why they are preventing these 3rd party apps like "App2SD" n others to perform this on behalf of google. This tells:
                  when u tap on the apps listed on the "Movable" tab, it shows move to internal mmry instead of Move to SD. Another clear explntn:
                  Sony, Samsung are making their phones to understand the "internal mmry" as d extrnl sd n d "phone memory" as d intrnl mmry, to help google(most probably its so).

                  So its a LIMITATION/DRAWBACK of ANDROID OS led by Google, hence manufacterer is not there to do limit this ability.
                  Hope u all got this properly and cleared up ur confusion...!!

                          Hey guys,
                          Did any of you found solution to memory problem in Miro. I mean did you found any app to move all the games and app from phone memory to External SD card.
                          I tried installing some apps like App 2 SD but then didn't work, I don't know why.
                          When i open that app, there are 3 tabs on the top namely "Movable, On SD card and Phone Only".
                          The apps listed in "Movable" tab are given this sub-heading "Apps that can be moved to external storage" but when i tap on any of the app listed in that tab, then it shows option to move the app to "internal storage" ONLY but i guess, it's already on internal storage.
                          Can anyone explain me why is this happening ??
