simply conect your phone to program (Sony PC Companion) and go to (support zone) and the program will format and update ur phone and restarting problem will disappear for ever

In my phone when I start a video or a song it do not start
I and it shows that the (cloud) is unavailable

This fone is the worst fone i've ever used it's not responding all the time i have to restart it and i've changed the software 3 times and nothing happens...i dnt recommend it to anyone.

dear it is not going to help you if they will only change the mother board and as they have no stock of the miro model ,they are not going to replace it with new miro. as i had the problem for 3 months and in that period they have changed the mother board 3 times ;so send mails to the mail address given on the cover of your set and if no one entertain your problems then go for consumer court.now they have replaced my miro with other set...be hurry otherwise no one will hear you after the warranty period...

Guys, Users please share your thoughts. do anybody had the situation.? while speaking in headphone there is no active noise cancellation. I can't use in-ear headsets in this mobile.?? do anybody face. if yes, please advise how to resolve this.

My sony xperia miro mobile has restart problem. My warrenty ends on dec 2014. Sony agrees to change the motherboard. but i hered that its of no use. they are saying that they have received the board for replacement. but i am not willing. i want them to replace me miro by Xperia M. I want users suggestions....

I bought a brand new mobile Sony Xperia miro. And by the time i got home he simply freezes. So i had to take battery off and than put it back on. Same think happens to me every day 20times. Servis tryied to repair problem, but they failded 3 time. And the shop in witch a bought mobile wont exchange it for same mobile because servis dont know to fix problem. HELP PLZ!
