Dear friend sony xperia miro restart problrm will not resolve with software update or mother board change .I personally had the problem for 3months ;if you are facing the problem repetedly plz ask for replacement .if it will be with in warranty period they should replace it.Tell them you are filing case aganst them in consumer court
Email them to the address given on the cover of your handset
I got an replacemet for having restart problem after 9 months of use.

I also had the problem .it was for 3months my phone was there with the sony service center .no one was responding .i sent them many mails.they changed the mother board twice ,the problem did not resolve .it was a headache to have restart problem .atlast the replaced it with sony xperia Lwith little extra charge.plz send as much mails as u can to the sony address given on the phone cover.calling service center will not help .they will replace it.demand for an DOA(brand new)oterwise you register a case with consumer court

phone is good when we consider about the price that isn't reasonable this prices are differed place to place how can that be? the price in internet is 22900 but when we go to the market that is 24900 or other high price if company is able to offer fixed price to customers sony mobiles can be sold more than this

its a good phone in this price...i bought it before m...if I am buying a mobile for this price now..I will go for m..
everything is k...I will rate it 4/5...for this price..unless a big embarrassing problem solved..
that is it will restart during a call...it won't happens on every call....but..in 7/10 call are restarted..given to sony service center..the done a great thing..factory resetting..lol..
and given back the phone...and said it won't happen again..and next day onwards its again restarted..
except this problem phone is good...average camera...good battery backup...good screen..etc..etc...

miro has usb otg? Gsm arena says it has but when i tryied to connect a pen drive via otg cable it shows nothing...

I am using Sony Xperia Miro Since December-2013. Xperia Miro is pathetic when it comes to battery performance. Twice i have deposited the phone at Service center, once they changed motherboard stating that there might be IC problem second time they changed battery but regret to say in spite of this much the battery performance is very poor even the phone can not run for 5 hours straight (though my usage is below normal, not even half an hour talk during the entire day, no internet usage, may be couple of sms per day).
I have complaint Sony Xperia Customer Service via e-mail but regret to say that other than an automatic e-mail reply stating that Sony will get back to you within next 48 hours no other message in reply received).
Now I really doubt the performance of any Xperia class mobile and Sony Customer Service. I would request think more than twice before going for Sony Xperia.
