But could a MX player be able to play a 720p using it's software decoder only?

Did they really say that "it will not come in India"? If yes, I recommend u to email Sony India with this complaint and adding that why they r their at support centre if they give false information.

One thing is correct that Sony is confusing up their fans by these mismatch posting. If its NEW, it means its somewhere released, then clicking inside it definitely should be Available instead of that Coming Soon.

U can use different type of cover guards to protect ur mobile and display.

i wait miro, I'm confused when i want to buy phone with touch lcd screen , i heard it can break if the phone also fallen i always keep a phone in his pants pockets,, so I'm worried about that.

I said not released bcz Sony India centre told me today over phone that none of these released yet in India and there is no update of its release on sony.co.in or sonymobile.com/in

They have written "Available" bcz the Indian online stores like flipkaart, websites like mysmartprice.com tells thier prices now. Actually these are online pre-order prices. As u know the online retailers gives chance to pre-order b4 release to collect huge orders. Most probably for this reasons, that website says Available. These are not officially launched yet. I rang up Sony India customer care today, they told me its not yet released.
