i just updated my XP to JB. it's 4.1.2 kernel 3.0.8+ build number 6.2.A.0.400 (i really dont knw what those numbers mean -_-)
i did it via PC. it has cooler themes, great batt stamina mode, just like having a batter saver app which has estimated time left and different settings for battery saving, fixed the 8mp camera bug.
im still exploring and testing my phone now. :)
Im from philippines and I bought my cp thru online store-kimstore.

GUYS!! i need ur help. i was trying to relock bootloader thru Flast tool but phone was not able to detect due to s1 boot download. i dont know what it is.. PLEASE HELP. i need to UPDATE TO JB :(

[deleted post]it s working smoother than ics.. consumes more ram.. so hd games will be affected
no problem with network..
camera bug 8mp with flash is rectified..

I saw JB update at Sony Website.Before updating,my Xperia p build No. was 6.1B0.544.So when i tried CHECK FOR UPDATE in that page,it started updating.But after updating it showed me with 6.1B1.54 build no.
I tried to check it via PC Companion,but it shows me YOU ARE UP TO DATE!
My question is HOW TO UPDATE MY XP TO JB???
Plz someone give me a solution.I'm in big trouble.

I consumed the battery first but I tried not to reach 0% battery. Then I charged it for the first time, 30mins as the manual says. Then during the first few days of using it, battery was really disappointing but after a few weeks, it was getting better and better. I also disabled some apps which were pre-installed on the phone. If you don't need these apps, you might wanna disable them too for better battery life: Event Stream , Facebook Photo Extension, FBiX Calendar Sync, FBiX Music Likes, FBiX Post Viewer, FBiX Proxy, Friend's Music, Gmail, Google Calendar Sync, Google Contacts Sync, Google+, Maps, News and Weather, Recommender, Timescape feeds, Timescape, Timescape Friends View, Weather Widgets, Youtube Extension, Youtube Karaoke Extension. To disable these, go to Settings,select Apps, then click All. Disable those items one by one.
I found out when I did that, my battery lasted for almost 2 days. Now, I only use my phone for Facebook, instagram, camera, texting, calling, music. I don't need emails and maps which are running in the background that drain my battery. I have my computer for Emails so I don't need to worry about that. If you need emails on your phone. My suggestion might not be for you.

AnonD-73413, 25 Apr 2013after upgrading to JB the album doesn't show up with pictur... moreJust go to Apps settings and there under 'All' you will find an app 'media storage'. Clear it's data and restart your phone..... wait for 15 minutes and then check gallery again.

How it is working ?? Any Bug Found Please Share ...
Check all the Functions like Camera problem at 8 mp with flash , battery timings , Network problem etc etc ...
