When I got home I read the instructions in the sticker in front of the cell phone itself, start-up guide, and user's info they all clearly stated:
Steps:
1st: INSERT MICRO-SIM
2nd: FULLY CHARGE/CHARGE FOR 30min
3rd: TURN ON
The salesman did not do this, he skipped to step 3, thus I went back to their store again and firmly demanded for replacement warranty, I am now going to pick-up.
So, I wanna ask, did you follow the proper steps hence you have great battery unlike others?

3-5% on standby? mine is like 10-20% in 8 hrs in standby mode..
i already checked the graph but it is on deep sleep. too sad that battery cannot be change or replaced. tsk. is there any other way for battery to be replaced or changed?

Notification light flashed blue two times after call then disappear, when I turn screen on it flashes one more time, if I don't enter the phone, it flashes every time I turn the screen on, but this LED is so small and light is not so noticeable so I usually see missed calls in notification just above unlock area at the bottom of the screen.

Leonard, 22 Apr 2013I normally use a little bit of fb and whatsapp but my batte... moreWell, first disable Facebook app, and if you need facebook that badly, use facebook over Internet browser. Then try to see if battery life gets normal, and try some other Facebook app.
Also turn off synchronisation, or put some larger interval for syncing.
Also, check Away bar in battery graph history.

If it's happening since you got the phone, then your battery calibration file is incorrectly formed (need to do procedure several times written on this page).
If the battery life was fine, and then suddenly behave like this, you have some app that behave nasty and prevent your phone from Depp Sleep. You can check it this way: charge your phone to 100%, disconnect from charger and leave it on stand-by for couple hours, then check Battery status graph, if Awake line is all blue (with no black gaps), your phone is always awake and hence draws to much power from battery. If that's the case you have to find that App and uninstall it (BetterBatteryStats should help - free version on xda-developers forum). Also sometimes ordinary Power Off - Power On helps.
Usually battery percentage drop for 8-9 hours in stand-by shouldn't be more then 3-5%.

I cannot help you much with that, try to go to local hardware store and ask for polishing paste for plastics.
As for Facebook Timescape integration, check for updates (Updates app in your app drawer).

What is wrong with Xperia P's battery? 6-8hrs and then the battery gets low. and then i charge again.. i was not using any program or wifi. it was just on standby.. :(
can somebody help? or can any of u give advise? thanks

very nice phone.battery backup is fine when using zeam launcher.almost getting 2 days...if using default launcher only lasts 1 day.amazing experience...

My illuminati bar have some scratches how to remove them and sometimes my phone restarts on its own
