Xperia P notifies battery in % according to usage of resources. If the phone is using minimal resources then it shows 100% charged when charging in very few min but if you go to the
"Power Management->Battery" while charging it will show you Charging(AC) it means that phone is still charging even though it shows 100% charged.
After battery is full charged Charging(AC) is changed to FULL.
Now you can stop charging.

Mine last for a day (16-17 hours) on normal usage (calls, sms, e-mail, wi-fi surfing and some games, or two days (40 hours) if I use it seldom (2-3 calls a day, one hour of wi-fi surfing). I have no battery savers and no task killers installed, or any other performance/battery utilities, just stock ROM with Extended Stand-by option activated.

I bought Sony Xperia P, its one of the bullshit of sony in the smartphone. people I must say, if you want to go crazy, then do use this. one more thing u need to carry power with you to use it. because it comes with dead battery.

Hi
I am using xperia P nice phone the problem i am facing is at times the notifications sound goes off... it only vibrates... i have to switch off the phone and start again than only the notification sound works.Tried installing the software still the same prob. One more thing is at times the applications get deleted from main screen i have to restore them back to home screen... Can anyone help?

Best screen, long hours of music playback, high graphics, long hours of movie playtime, longed standby hours, premium built, whitemagic which gives good viewing angle and best sunlight legibility, outdoor camera is superb. You can't find any android that has those feature on midrange. + cheap price.
If these phone is flawless then it would be a highend, but it's not, it's just midrange with some highend features and quality. Jb is also expected in a couple of days. This is the Xperia z mini. :p

Repair Your phone with SUS (make clean install), and leave your phone for a couple hours on charger. Then use it untill battery goes all the way down to 10%, recharge it again to 100%, and that would do it.

man this is d best phone in this raange.. amazingly fast superb design and wt a premium feel in hand..i sold xperia s and bought this 1 month ago and its much better than xperia s especially design and touch sensitivity is much better than that of xperia s much satisfied camera is fantastic nd videos are much better than xperia s ..
