Please help.This is a very delicate operation and therefore (also it's considered TOP SECRET) it is very hard to find that information on net. Strangely, every single smartphone with ICS installed use exactly the same operation for screenshot recording, so we will share this information with you, but don't pass it on. :-)
You have to press buttons 'Power On' and 'Volume down' (the upper, and the lower buttons on the right side of the smartphone) simultaneously and keep it for a second.
I't takes some time to familiarize with it, and at the beginning you will get Power Off menu, or Volume slider on screen (depending on which of the two buttons you pressed first), but eventually you will get used to it.
It wasn't so hard, was it, and it's in the Manual (both the short one, and the long one).

May i ask, if the camera bug and short battery life issues was already fixed?

Xavi3R, 27 Feb 2013I recently bought xperia p and I think its one of the best ... more2G is 'easyer' on the battery then 3G but best way is to set network to 3G and keep data off and turn it on when needed (via notification bar shortcut).
To maximze battery life, uninstall all unnecessary bloatware like anti-virus software, task killers, memory managers, etc., install notification bar shortcuts for WiFi, Data, and similar things. Use Extended Battery Life option in Power settings,
You can uninstall telecom operators installed apps without rooting, just by installing noncustomised default firmware. When you install 3rd party launcher, there are no Sony widgets, and they don't get too much space in memory.
Only unlocked bootloader requires firmware update by wire.

Place the EVO, mp scale, scene options, and the one slot left is up for you to decide. Heres what you do. Choose normal screen mode, select 2-6mp resolution, adjust EVO accordingly. And thats it.

I've had this phone, the battery doensnt last more than 7 hours, whether listening to music or on phone calls. i owned it for 3 weeks before it was sent back for ELF. i no longer own it.
