I think generally Sony is a let down and this is seen on this phone.It has massive lag,The battery is just unbearable among other things.

I loved it when I first got it, but now, two years later, I have to say I'm a little bit dissapointed. Everything was fine for the first months, but after that it begun crashing: very often errors, battery discharged after 5-6 hours, things like that. From time to time it even turns itself off. :|
I really feel sorry for these problems, because otherwise it would have been a very satisfying phone

Kia ora I have an Xperia x10 and I love it. I have put it in to be fixed once and now I will need to put it back in to get it repaired again. It is in the charging area where the problem is. I appreciate reading these comments of the Xperia P as I was about to buy one. After these comments perhaps not. Kia ora again for the opportunity to make comment

good phone except that the battery get used very quickly and so has to change for a new battery each year

So that the battery lasted longer I put in the developer options to limit background processes for "Without background processes".

I used this phone more than a year now and all i can say "first impression may not last long".
Because at first i am impressed by its performance in games, net surfing and other features but after a couple of months it hangs, and my battery drained faster. I tried to use factory data reset or settings reset but just like before it still go back to being slow and so as its battery. I already used the extended standby mode and didn't install any games, but it still drained faster than before. It's just annoying. I just want another phone with longer battery life.

It heat's fast and the battery life is also not so good.
