what do i buy? xperia p or sola?? i saw many people commenting on it low ear volume while calling...plz guys suggest d best amongst these 2...n what abt camera?? which is better??

When the official update of ICS will be available in the xperia P...???
and this phone has micro sim support only...???
should i go with it???
or to wait for ICS update???

just bought for me by my son sharad,feels nice to have it. Worth buying,,,only battery life not comparable to my E-6 Nokia

Pls never have a thought of buying this Xperia P . i got this Phone on 1 St June 2012, soon when its released . Worst Ever phone i have ever used. being already a iPhone User , need a change and got this phone.
everything Sucks. Hangs most often touch is waste.
only thing good is Display and camera.
pls dont buy this phone and waste ur money. :(

Pantho, 05 Aug 2012guys today i wanted to update my mobile using pc companion.... moredont use pc companion download the SUS (Sony Update Service) you holding the volume key down while inserting the usb to your pc so it will connect properly. hold while inserting ok.

So I've owned this phone for about 10 days or so. Bought it here in the UAE for Dhs 1200, which is about US$326. My previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy SL (GT-i9003). The main reason I went for the Sony was, honestly, looks. That, and my old phone drove me INSANE and I swore I'd never give Samsung another penny/fils/rupee.
The phone is beautiful. I got the red version, and it's stunning to look at and feel and use. The screen is gorgeous. Sony's version of Android OS is BEAUTIFUL--blows Samsung's and HTC's out of the water; it's simple and chic and understated and beautiful to look at and play with. Everything works smoothly and there are barely any noticeable lags. Basically, this would be the perfect mid-range phone.
I say "would be" because of one thing: battery life. It's the one thing everyone mentioned, and I knew about it when I went to buy the phone. I chose to ignore others' warnings, thinking they were overdramatizing it. They weren't
No phone should lose 40% of capacity overnight when it is not only idle, but with Sony's own POWERSAVER mode switched on. That's ridiculous. Yes, the screen uses up the battery when it's on, but how does one explain the 40% reduction overnight? I have the same apps I had on my old phone, so it can't be that.
I read somewhere in the opinions that the abysmal battery life was most likely software-related. I certainly hope it is, and I'm clinging to the hope that the forthcoming ICS upgrade will make life much better. Fingers crossed!

I am facing some problem in Autorotation .On opening the pictures in gallery and rotatingg the screen then instead of rotating the picture on screen it takes me back to gallery.Similarly whenever i play a video and rotate the screen then instead of rotating the video its take me back to the gallery and the video is getting restarted.If anyone facing the same problem can update me if it a sofware problem or hardware.

guys today i wanted to update my mobile using pc companion.i bought the phone yesterday.during the update pc companion instructed me to disconnect the usb cable then connect it again holding the volume key down.i did so but nothing was happening they were showing same thing again and again.Any suggestion?Did i do anything wrong?

planning to buy this phone shortly, heard that it comes with McAfee security. is it ok to use McAfee or can we install any other security? which one is the best for xperia p? when will it get the ics update pls any xperia p user reply...
