I've had this phone since the end of May and for the first few days the battery was really bad and it would go to empty before the end of the day just on moderate usage. I then looked up some tips from someone on Sony's website and they suggested to remove macafee and all anti virus software and remove task killers too. I've also charged my phone up a few times overnight and noticted a massive difference. I've also put juice defender on and now my phone lasts about 1.5 days minimum and i'm well pleased with it as this is a top phone!

i just bought that phone 3 or 4 days ago , till now that phone rox great screen great touch great sound i really loved it :D

i got this cutie 3 days ago.. and i just loved it.. battery performance is good..
i m tech savvy.. whole day with surfing and downloading.. battery lives..
Cool Phone by Sony.. jus awesome 1ghz dualcore ,mali400mp graphics,internal 16, what else u should expect//?

its about 1 week that im playing with this phone and i have to say its beauty is unbeliveable , i cant stop looking at it and i cant stop loving sony , everytime i pick it up to do sth with it i feel the coldness in the back and heck its feel fantastic ! in Android world this phone is the only phone wich can match the beauty - prestige and performance of iphone 4S , about battery u guys really shouldnt worry , it can last a whole day and even more if ure a normal user with moderate usage just dont use it at 50% brightness cuz its 2 bright ! im using it and 20% and im fully satisfyed , also Camera quality specially in pics is better than my bro's Xperia S ! just buy this awesome phone and enjoy it :)

battery.....a big question mark for xperia p....after put a lot money on dis phn...if we having battery prob then ...there is no reason to buy this phn...any one buy this phn....plz post abt battery performence

By the way, the camera on the original Neo was better than the Neo V but SE could not get more supply.

Very Bad Camera in the Sony Series. Had Neo V and upgraded to Sony Xperia P. The camera Quality is worser that the Neo V. Before buying a phone for too much money people should read the user reviews that the reviews made by Experts.

ive been using this phone for the last 2 weeks. frankly this phone is only for people who are in an office all day. yes the battery is bad and if you are not a person who is an in office ( or any place with access to a charger ) do not buy this phone. but once you get past the issue of the battery this phone is everything one would need a phone to do...

For those who already have the X. P, cn u plz let me know whether its network is strong cz i heard its affected by the death grip as they say, i'm planning to buy it and i don't want to be disapointed by it, plus hw is the camera and the battery wen ur using it heavily. Thnx, al b waiting..

Got my xperia P yesterday...
no complaints watsoever..if u r a regular android user, u shld be able quite happy with the battery performance in this super sexy, great looker and speedy performance of a phone!!

Great product with all of Sony's legendary elegance in your hand. Not really missing the BB experience( which the firm took away in the name of saving a few $$).I'm not a heavy talker or what but the battery life seems so short, and then the keyboard keeps getting in the way of constructing intelligent messages. Will keep this one for while.
