Just plug your device to the computer, and Sony PC Companion will be show a message "New software available". Then follow the steps. I succesfully update mu Xperia P to 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, and he is work good.

AnonD-109040, 28 Jun 2013Has anyone got a bad battery backup after the JB update!!?? Been on ics for 5 months, it lasts 6hrs on heavy use, been on jb for 2months, it lasts 4hrs only on heavy use. Still using same apps/games, so i think the battery back up is worse in jb in my own experience. :(

JB offers new lock screens, and sms background switched to white, runs little smoother.. and it'll offer you some new updates for apps. the only bad thing it done to me is, adding many audio upgrades (clear stereo and clear audio+ for headphones, clear phase for speaker. all seems really stupid and in my opinion they clearly destroyed the previous Super sound.
but it's good to move on. as a friend in this section sayed 'update makes the phone enjoyable to use'.

AnonD-86761, 03 Jul 2013thanks my dear but what do u mean by jacka leather how can ... moreJacka type leather case is made from leather of course (probably artificial one), and it has screen flap, that is part of the leather with some reinforcing material underneath goes over entire screen (from top or bottom of the phone in my case) and locks in place with either magnet or mechanically (my case) by attaching to the phone case. Try searching for: 'melkco jacka type leather case for lt22i'.
If there is no JB update, you can always update via Flashtool and appropriate FTF file (you will find both on xda-developers forum).
