Gave my Brand new Sony PSVita for checking the creeking sound and was assured of getting a new set as it was only a week after purchase. The set was however returned after 5 weeks full of scratches and totally damaged. Now they are refusing to do anything with the set. Feel like taking them to court for it. Sony really sucks

Dear All - Never ever buy a Sony phone........Sony's product quality & service is TOO BAD. I bought the phone (Xperia S - LT26i) at Dubai 3 weeks ago and the volume button stopped working. The phone goes into 'Safe Mode' automatically and Apps stop working. Poor manufacturing quality and unstable software. To top it all, the Indian service centers of Sony are refusing to repair the phone - saying the phone needs to be repaired only at the country of purchase. This is even after I agreed to bear the cost of repairs understanding the international warranty may not apply here. The customer support guy suggested that I either go to Dubai again to get the phone repaired or throw it off !!!!!!. I have bought Apple, Blackberry, Nokia products abroad and got their serviced here in India at their authorised service centers and wonder what stops Sony from doing the same !!!!!. I FEEL CHEATED BY SONY. Take my suggestion and never ever buy a Sony product again. SONY SUCKS.......

Nish, 16 Oct 2012Sound not good in headphones....do the owners of SXS also h... morehell no the earphones sound is just perfect and clear with an awesome bass.. i recommend everyone to buy this cell very nice and smooth with a good battery life no issues at all since i bought the cell. its almost 5 months now and m still enjoying my xperia s..cant wait for the JB update cheers!!

Nowadays phone have many options, Leading mobile companies are working for new innovations in mobile, that's good. But the soul of the mobile is battery. Battery capacity is not good. Try to improve battery capacity........

and what about the interface? i like hpones that are really smart. is xperia s smart and got a nice and clever interface ?
