Currently I own a Sony Ericsson Live With Walkman but soon I am gonna have my hands on a Xperia S/SL/T/V. Haven't decided yet but anyway, all of them are better than iphone(ipoop), i think even my live is better than iPhone!!

I live Sony, all my home's gadgets are Sony plus it's my favorite too.

Mr. Apple fan boy, i think you should know first and then talk!! Sony never copied anyone, Sony's styling and performance is way better than Apple. And you should know that before the iPhone, Steve Jobs's inspirational/favourite gadget company was Sony.

I bought this phone 2 days before, iam not satisfied because the phone display is yellowish its not pure white and also the bottom of screen is yellow tinted,, Sony gives poor display to the customers, it makes me worry and my money is wasted

I was on the same loophole as you are today and with confidence i can say that i made the right decision buying this phone then Samsung S2. S2 obviously has its own reason to be best as it was once the top one. But Xperia S has come a long way than S2 for sure. If you want a phone with performance plus battery then this is the phone. Be sure to get the latest update as you will get more than u can pay for.

Overall its a very user friendly smartphone with great features, look and dynamic performance. Its pretty tweak able and so far havent let me down with anythin i threw at it. Even the battery is pretty decent with every update, trust me when i say this coz am a very heavy user, 24/7 on the wifi,skype,whatzapp,viber and off-course GAMES. Even though it still have some minor bugs with the new firmware (mostly negligible) but as far as Sony and their customer support goes am pretty sure that it will get fixed with the next updates. The only complain i have is with the loudspeaker. As far as sony's walkman series plus some other smartphone goes, this phone falls pretty far when it comes to loudspeaker. Then again, how many of us uses loudspeaker after all?
With power, comes battery drainage. And as far as am concerned, am more battery savey than anything else. This phone comes with both power & compatibility. Battery is actually impressive. Guess when everybody's muscling over quad cores and all, am more than happy with My Xperia S. Its undoubtedly Vini Vidi Vici for Sony with this flagship.

Apple fanboy, 02 Sep 2012Its not about who is better ,its about paterns and value . ... moreI'm so tired of those apple fans,who only say that everything is copied from apple,bla-bla-bla.You know your iphone has no transparrent antenna concept.You just say that Sony copies from iphone,but you don't even say exact things.You just say that design and software are the same,but no proof.I don't like Samsung too,but I don't think that Samsung phones even look like an iphone.I think that your dear iphone has no money any more and apple is making money by saying that mobile manufacturers copy iphone.I hateee iphone,the build quality is the worst.And there is nothing special in iphones design!!So please stop commenting here,just go and buy your expensive but non-worthy iphone/ipad,etc,etc.I don't understand tablets don't even look like the same,Sony has it's own design,and the Sony XPeria Tablet S beats your dear ipad.

i need i good smartphone my birthday and i would like to know if xperia s or galaxy sII is much better?
and how long thus the battery long when for medium user like me. and if xperia s can handle hd games. thank you sorry for the bad grammar.
my phone is galaxy ace for now and it is very laggy i always find a good rom for faster performance.
