As it is swiss generic no problem wht so ever it is for all region as i am frm India and i updated via flashtool no prblm whtsoever...So carefullt follow these steps and enjy ur ICS..:)

AnonD-31331, 26 Jun 2012who updated ics from saudi? mine still not updated. my phon... moreI have not updated mine but my SI Number is already in the list released since June 22 and again I tried last night (June 25) but still not available. I updated both my PC Companion and SEUS but nothing. I don't know what Sony is doing that your SI Number is in the list but actually it's not available, what's that? I know I read in this column that they also experience the same issue. Any of you guys why like this?

guys i use the FTF file to flash my xperia S to ICS 4.0.4...so if i use PCC or SUS to repair my phone will it go back to GB 2.3.7? pls replay me ASAP...thanks.

papa, 24 Jun 2012Thnks for the info. btw whats your phone SI number anyway. ... moreHeya dude just read ur comment I wnna tell u that the ICS update i told via flashtool is for all model no SI no required mine was 1264-4177 not on the list even now but than also i updated my phone to ICS. Follow that steps carefully and one by one and there is no problem whtevr is ur SI no.u cn update to 4.0.4. Dny wrry phone is wkrng good enough better than before & better life is much much better go for it buddy..u will defeniately enjy..;)

After you installed the PC Companion, connect your unit to your computer using the USB charger cable. Just follow the instructions which is very easy to follow step-by-step.

lt26i but updates are for lt26 so ill wait for lt26i new list up now . sony tacking to long jelly bean out relly soon my hand set is lt26i si1257-3114. its weeks not days befor evey one with sxs will be up todate they no help when u live chate with them only saying not sore when your hand set will be updated so it weeks not days tipacle sony
