Got it last week, it's totally nice ang I really like it, just 1 problem, battery is fast to drain, I charge everyday

Whenever a new phone arrives with same specs, same OS.. is it worth it?..i mean the bottom line is, it's still android 2.3 with 1.5Ghz processor.. WITH JUST A NEW DESIGN..it's just a total waste of money.

Quad core is overkill a dual core can handle all the apps/games and webrowsing perfectly smooth & fine!.

After a month i buy this phone, everything is perfect with it great camera & sound quality, smooth hd games and i really enjoy it until lately i've updated the phone firmware when the sony companion software tell me there is a new update. I need to do it twice which the 1st time failed to update because of the phone over-heat. The 2nd time succeeded but after that it have a few problems. 1st, sometimes when i using dolphin hd and some of hd games, it's hang & need to do a hard reset. 2nd, sometimes it become really hard to connect with pc using usb cable even in MTP mode (the only option) that troubles me to transfer any files between pc and the phone... Be carefull when you want to update this phone. Sorry for bad english.. Just want to share my experience with everyone....

i have sony xperia s from 10days the phone is good but many of my friends have the same phone and the display yellowness issue sony admits that its manufaturing defect so i have given it to service centre now they are telling that they will replace the display this is not fair on sonys part because opening up a phone manually and replacing the display is equavelant to using a refurbish handset thats bad.any of u guys r faceing this display issue?

SGS III also have newer OS and new features. But that doesn't make Xperia S suck. Xperia S performance is actually good for everyday usage, gaming, dan media. Not to mention it has higher pixer density display. Xperia S design is the best for Android device. It's all very subjective. But for me, and probably most users, quadcore is not necessary. For me Xperia S is the better deal ;)

I am using this set, beat side is good looking, camera good & awesome touch. bad side is create heat of using, if this set hang up, it takes 3 hours to solve. sony should take care of this.
