MJ, 26 Apr 2012for those who still facing battery drain issue; update to 6... moreI have 6.0.A.3.73 from when I bought it (two weeks) and it (the battery) cannot last through the day. Hard to believe that it was even worse with the old build number.
As I said before, the AnTuTu test gives good results, but it's not enough. Same problems with any other HD over 4" screens - they drain the battery and they do it fast. I'm keeping mine at 30% which is enough, but screen contribution of battery drain ranges from 60-90% depending how much it's on.
Like the screen?
Well, pay the price!
Carry the charger with you and make sure you are always next to a wall plug or a PC...

Gsmarena seems to be discounting the Sony on the basis of looks and lack of the latest processor while not giving it enough credit against the others i.e. the One S. But isn't the fact that it has the BEST screen and one of the best cameras around, i.e. functionality a good enough reason to buy a phone.
Discounting a phone by using a vague term "lack of bragging rights" hardly seems objective.
A great phone, with a brilliant camera and screen along with a very user friendly UI and NFC tags.

You'd need your charger with you all the time - just in case you are carried away by its screen's beauty. Charging it so often will probably kill the battery within a year - and what then? Unscrewing a dozen screws and risking you'd screw it up!? Most of my gadgets and devices are by Sony, and I must say that, in spite of their claims to produce the best batteries, their batteries in fact suck!

Like on other Androids, you need to hold it in landscape if you want the other party to see you normally (unlike Apple). If you hold it in portrait they see you rotated by 90 DEG, which is awkward. My son has Nexus and it also supports Skype in the same fashion as Xperia X.

Yep, only issue with this beauty is the battery life which basically means charging at the end of everyday! Apart from that flawless!!

Is it possible to switch the volume buttons from + - to - + ?, because when you press the + at left side, volume line is rising to the right side and vice cersa.
