yes battery used to drain after the jelly bean release but after 4 months sony released an update and now the problem is fixed

i got xperia s for 250€ and it is by far the best smartphone for its price.... in fact it pretty much offers you what a galaxy s3 does and xs has better camera...you don't need superfast quad core cpus for a smartphone... with the latest update it runs almost as smooth Xperia z..... and battery life is no longer a problem for me.... it can last for 1 to 2 days easily.... so to sum up you get a 400€ phone for 250€ only...

Speed is good after update.

I don't like Samsung, because they are ugly.

finally I upgraded my Xperia s on new firmware 6.2.B.1.96 every thing working fine not find any issue yet

It's an awesome phone,i don't have problems with battery life,with wifi on, games and music,it takes to 13 hours.

Simply an awesome phone after sony updated its firmwire recently it is free from bugs..
