design 10/10 better than all sony phones including i phone5 or 6,7 or samsung
performance 10/8 best graphics for gaming gta,or asphault.. tested
battery mah is low but we can change battery and make it long lasting..

Bought it on 7th Dec 2012. Still using it with minor performance issues.. Thrown away by my friends, kids and myself many times but nothing happened.. Solid rock..

had it for SIX YEARS!!!!!!! phones these days lasts only 2-3 years .... .... it finally stopped when the battery i am sure i change the battery it will work for another 6 years

I owned this phone from 2013 until 2 months ago.. Very good and relaible phone , a little bit slow for todays requests but overall i was very satisfied.

Bought the phone 2 years ago secondehand.
As the other comment it fell a lot, and nothing happend. But after a time the coating on the screen let lose. In the end i bricked it by turning it on with almost zero power. It crippled the boot sequence. Not even a full cold reset worked anymore.
Second phone, same type has been working now without flaws. Upgraded it from 2.3 to android 6.0 its still a fast phone. Just don't expect Mindcraft on it running smootly.
Battery relativly easy exchanged for low costs, you can do it yourself with some small tools.
Definitly a good phone.

i hate this phone very much when i upgrade it from 2.3.4 to 4.1.2.It have many problem.
1. this phone always turn off and restart when i charge this phone
2. camera cannot use since update
3. when i play the game, the phone comes too hot, battery life decrease faster and the android system automatic shut down the phone.
4 always lag on playing games.
5. Performance slow. Samsung galaxy s2 is better than this phone.
I hate this sony phone and i like the apple and samsung smartphone very much.

I have this phone for 4 years and a half and i came here to honour it.It is the best phone i ever had it never dissapointed me even if i am frequent user.Thanks Sony!

An amazing phone. I have the phone for more than four years. Zero problems. Fell hundreds of times without cover or shield and nothing has happened to it. I'm running android version 4.1.2. This device saved a lot of money. Camera button and the option to connect a strap makes the phone a real pocket camera. It has also an HDMI port that can connect to TV to see movies and pictures.
I'm onsidering rooting the device to allow room for additional applications (originally there is small partition of 2GB) . It is best not to put a screen protector since the phone comes from the factory with such protector (If you see the SONY logo it is part of this protector). Additional protector heat up the phone
In time test this phone is a big winner. Most of my friends replaced their phone more than once in the last 4 years. This phone is powerful enough for me and its GPS out perform most phones.

hello, i don't what happened to my phone SONY XPERIA S 32GB cause it keeps restarting it self once i press the switch bottom, i just wonder if there is a way of retrieving my data in it?

am so happy to [ost abou experia s..just 2 days ago , accidentally it brocken..but since 2012 i uesd this . am so satisfied with this device..it ' video quality awesome, and scratch ressisteant glass..more over t stylish..battery back up is excellent...it can be connect to tv..

been using this phone for 4years now and still kicking smoothly, and upgraded to lollipop and running awesome..the only downfall is that the picture is a little bit noisy unlike before when it was in gingerbread, camera is great. Even in jellybean or kitkat camera is poor. Need to install new cam app to get the full beast of 12mp of xperia s.
Battery still awesome and can take 1.5 days.. love the phone...
